Systems I designed and built on my own initiative. Different settings, the same skills a client project draws on: data you can trust, AI in everyday work, and software that holds up as it grows.
Built during the 2026 Gironde wildfires: a five-language site that routes people to official information on the situation, evacuation, shelters and how to help. Every fact carries its source and a verification date, and anything that can't be verified links to the source instead of guessing. It was visited more than 1,400 times in its first month.
Recipes, menus, stock, cocktails, events, staff, marketing and point of sale as connected modules on one shared data model, with its own backend and automated tests. Then redesigned as a modular platform, with shared contracts between modules and documented architecture decisions.
A stock system for businesses with several locations. Every delivery, adjustment and loss is recorded as an event, and current stock is computed from that history, per product, variant and location. It's the logic a reliable stock sync depends on.
A transcription workspace: recordings are processed in the background, speakers are separated, and transcripts can be searched and reprocessed. Alongside it, a web and mobile app that turns text or audio into short, key-point, detailed or simplified summaries.
A reproducible machine-learning workflow for a public prediction challenge on vaccination uptake: experiments driven by configuration files, gradient-boosted models tuned and blended, and calibrated probabilities.
