A supplier sends a price list and a barcode list in German. See them become a file your shop can import: variants by colour and size, colours and categories translated, barcodes joined and prices set, in Shopify's or WooCommerce's format. The supplier, products and rules are illustrative.

What it shows
What a supplier import does before anything reaches the shop
- Real supplier files: German headers, decimal commas, sizes as a range, colours in one cell, barcodes in a second file.
- One article row becomes one variant per colour and size, with SKUs, prices, weights and an image per colour.
- Translation tables you can read and fix: colour names, product types and categories, in the shop's language.
- Barcodes joined from the supplier's second file, with the missing ones listed to ask for.
- The file your platform imports: Shopify's or WooCommerce's own format, units included.
The demo imports one supplier with four articles. A real onboarding reads whatever the supplier sends (CSV, Excel, PDF, a website), keeps the tables for the next delivery and the next supplier, and drafts missing descriptions from the supplier's documents with AI, checked by a person.
